『中納言』授業用アカウントのご案内

『中納言』を小中高等学校（専門学校を含む）・大学・大学院などで授業で利用する際に、一括して期間限定のアカウントを発行することができます。

授業用アカウントの概要

本サービスは、教育・学術研究を目的とした機関・組織に一括して期間限定のアカウントを発行するものです。

• 「授業実施者」は、授業（ゼミ・研究会・講習会を含む）を担う方に限定します。
  既にアカデミックメールアドレス以外の『中納言』アカウントをお持ちの方は、アカデミックメールアドレスへの変更手続きをお願いします。
• 「授業受講者」は、「授業実施者」の責任のもとに『中納言』を期間限定で利用できます。
• 授業用アカウントの利用に係る料金は無償とします。

利用可能なコーパス

利用可能なコーパスは 2024年4月現在以下の通りです：

• 『現代日本語書き言葉均衡コーパス』
• 『日本語話し言葉コーパス』
• 『日本語日常会話コーパス』
• 『昭和話し言葉コーパス』
• 『名大会話コーパス』
• 『現日研・職場談話コーパス』
• 『日本語歴史コーパス』
• 『昭和・平成書き言葉コーパス』
• 『日本語諸方言コーパス』
• 『多言語母語の日本語学習者横断コーパス』
• 『北京日本語学習者横断コーパス』

設定可能な利用期間

実施する授業の期間に応じて、以下の4種類の利用期間が設定可能です：

• 1日体験用 （授業開始日から2週間有効）
• 集中講義用 （授業開始日から1ヶ月半有効）
• 半期授業用 （授業開始日から9ヶ月有効）
• 全期授業用 （授業開始日から15ヶ月有効）

授業実施者が有償版契約者の場合

『現代日本語書き言葉均衡コーパス』有償版契約者は、有償版契約者向けのデータダウンロードの権利を、購入者の責任のもとに授業受講者に付与することができます。

『日本語話し言葉コーパス』有償版契約者は、有償版契約者向けの音声配信機能を利用する権利を、購入者の責任のもとに授業受講者に付与することができます。

授業用アカウントの申請方法は、以下の3ステップからなります：

• 1. 授業用アカウント発行権限付与手続き（最初に1回）
• 2. 授業用アカウント発行手続き（授業ごとに）
• 3. 授業用アカウントの受け取り

授業用アカウント発行権限付与手続き（最初に1回）

https://chunagon.ninjal.ac.jp/useraccount/addCourseLicenseから、利用規約を確認の上、「規約に同意して利用を申請する」にチェックを入れて、[Submit]をクリックしてください。

こちらの審査におよそ 5営業日かかります。

授業用アカウント発行手続き（授業ごとに）

https://chunagon.ninjal.ac.jp/courseform/registerから、必要事項を記入して申請してください。

授業用アカウントの受け取り

『中納言』の授業での利用申請が承認された場合に、メールが届きます。

『中納言』にログインし、「授業での利用情報一覧｣から承認された授業の[詳細を見る]ボタンをクリックしてください。

[授業用アカウント情報をダウンロードする]をクリックすると、暗号化された zip ファイルが得られます。同時に zip ファイルのパスワードがメールで届きます。

zip ファイルを解凍すると、pdf ファイルが得られます。pdf ファイルは1ページが1人分のアカウント情報になっておりますので、授業受講者1人に1枚ずつ配布してください。

授業終了後のアカウントの取り扱いについて

授業終了後、「利用期間」を過ぎたアカウントは無効になります。同時に「授業受講者」の検索履歴は消去されます。検索履歴の保全が必要な場合は、検索履歴のダウンロード機能をご利用ください。

Class Account Overview

This service issues limited-time accounts in bundles for educational and academic research classes.

• ‘Class teachers’ must be responsible for the class (including seminars, workshops, and training). If you already have a ‘Chunagon’ account with an email address other than your academic one, please change your settings to reflect your academic email address.
• Class-takers may use ‘Chunagon’ for a limited period at the responsibility of the class teacher.
• The class account can be used free of charge.

As of April 2024, the available corpora are as follows:

• Balanced Corpus of Contemporary Written Japanese
• Corpus of Spontaneous Japanese
• Corpus of Everyday Japanese Conversation
• Showa Speech Corpus
• Nagoya University Conversation Corpus
• Gen-Nichi-Ken Corpus of Workplace Conversation
• Corpus of Historical Japanese
• Showa-Heisei Corpus of written Japanese
• Corpus of Japanese Dialects
• International Corpus of Japanese as a Second Language
• Beijing Corpus of Japanese as a Second Language

Possible usage period

Depending on the duration of the classes you are teaching, you can set one of the following four usage periods:

• One-day experience (valid for two weeks from the date of class commencement)
• For intensive classes (valid for one-and-a-half months from the date of class commencement)
• For half-year classes (valid for nine months from the date of class commencement)
• For whole-year classes (valid for 15 months from the date of class commencement)

If the class teacher has subscribed to a paid version

If you have subscribed to the paid version of Balanced Corpus of Contemporary Written Japanese, you may grant class-takers access to downloading data of paid subscribers at your own responsibility.

If you are subscribed to the paid version of Corpus of Spontaneous Japanese, you may grant class-takers access to paid subscribers’ voice streaming at your own responsibility.

How to apply for a class account

You can apply for a class account by following three steps:

• 1. Class account authorisation (once at the start)
• 2. Class account issuance (every class)
• 3. Class account receipt

Class account authorisation (once at the start)

Go to https://chunagon.ninjal.ac.jp/useraccount/addCourseLicense, check the Terms of Use, tick the ‘Accept the terms and apply for use’ checkbox, and click [Submit].

The review will take approximately five business days.

Class account issuance (every class)

Go to https://chunagon.ninjal.ac.jp/courseform/register, fill out the required information, and apply.

The review will take approximately five business days.

Class account receipt

An email is sent to you once your application for use has been approved in ‘Chunagon’.

Log in to ‘Chunagon’ and go to ‘List of information for lecture usage’. Click [View details] to see more about approved classes.

Click [Download class account information] to obtain an encrypted Zip file. You will receive an email with the password for the Zip file.

Unzip the Zip file to get a PDF file. The PDF file has one page for each person’s account information, so please distribute these among the class-takers.

Accounts after end of class

After the class is completed, accounts whose ‘usage period’ has expired will be invalidated. The search history of class-takers is deleted at the same time. If you need to retain the search history, use the search history download function.
